Research interests

Currently involved in several ongoing projects, including: 1) the stress induced consequences of familial breast cancer risk, with colleagues at the University of Pittsburgh; 2) ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) and its effect on management of hypertension in collaboration with colleagues at United Health Services Hospitals, Binghamton, N.Y.; 3) a follow-up of hospitalist patients to determine the effectiveness of treatment, also with colleagues at United Health Services Hospitals, and 4) an assessment of smoking cessation in pregnancy with colleagues in the Decker School of Nursing.
