Hormonal, immunological, and genetic aspects of reproduction using the house mouse as a model. Major emphasis on:

  • The role of the thymus gland in maturation, aging and carcinogenesis of the female reproductive system
  • Immunologic correlates of steroid-induced sterility
  • Control of sperm condensation during sperm production
  • Regulation of 3 beta hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase during steroid hormone production
