First Generation Graduation Celebration & Cording Ceremony
First-gen cords are provided to you at no cost thanks to the generous support from the Division of Student Affairs! Guest appearances by University officials, first-gen alumni and fellow graduating students, first-gen faculty/staff, and BFirst Mentors. Air high-fives, appetizers, celebration cake, applause, words of wisdom, and of course, warmth and laughter!

Lavender Celebration
If you identify within the LGBTQ+ community and have graduated in Fall 2023 or anticipate graduating in Spring 2024 or Summer 2024, you can bring up to 2 guests with you to the event. Brunch themed appetizers will be provided.
