Athletics Branding Rights and Endorsements

Binghamton University reserves the exclusive rights for endorsement of other organizations, companies, products and services. Binghamton departments outside the Athletics Department, academic clubs and student organizations may not use or grant permission to any other entity to use the spirit or athletics marks for any purpose. Further, at no time may any other entity use the spirit or athletics marks in a way that suggests or implies the endorsement of other organizations, companies, products, services, political parties or views. Binghamton University marks may not be used in any way that violates the University’s anti-discrimination policies or practices (view our Title IX statement).
