De-Stress December 2014

De-Stress December is here again — which means it's time for making stress balls, getting some exercise with friends, and, of course, a visit from therapy dogs! Hopefully you can find some events in this series that will help reduce the stress you may be feeling during this hectic time of the semester. Check the schedule below by specific day, or scroll through to see what Binghamton University has put together for you.
