Manageable Midterms

We've had De-Stress December, and now it's time for Manageable Midterms! Hopefully you can find some activities in this series that will help reduce the stress you may be feeling during this hectic time of the semester. Check the schedule below by specific day, or scroll through to see what Binghamton University has put together for you.

Free Group Fitness classes at Campus Recreation
Rec Center at the East Gym
Access to non-members will be on a space-available basis. Staff will check in fitness members first and then take anyone else as space allows.

Deans Team: Pillow Talk
Noon-4 p.m.
UU-Tillman Lobby
The DOS Office will be providing fleece and pillow stuffing so students can make their own fleece tie-pillow to de-stress. The Dean's Team will also be handing out information about how sleep ties into stress management.

Better Bearcat Committee: Express to De-Stress
4:30-6:30 p.m.
CIW Commons
Come paint, knit, graffiti and craft your stress away! Video games and open mic also available!

Tuesday, March 10

Just off The Spine
We will be painting the snow with bright colors that represent who we are at Binghamton University! Beautiful BU is about de-stressing through self-expression and coloring your way to acing your midterms!

UU-Mandela Room
Need to refocus, but need to clear your mind first? Get ready for your spring wardrobe by decluttering your closet! Donate to the event for your chance to go shopping and find some new clothes to fill the gaps that you made after decluttering to destress! All items left after the clothing swap will be donated!
