Organizers

Christina Huang

Christina Huang is a senior studying business administration with concentrations in marketing and management information systems. This is her first year as an organizer for TEDxBinghamton and she has thoroughly enjoyed the diverse academic and professional experiences this internship has given her. In the past, Huang was a faculty student scholar for the Office of External Scholarships and, for two years, an executive board member for the Chinese American Student Union. She completed an internship with IBM's Marketing Development and Insights group and will be joining them full time upon her graduation. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, cooking and catching up with movies and TV shows.

Sofia Degtyar

Junior Sofia Degtyar is a returning organizer on a graphic communications and marketing track of her Individualized Major Program. She has been involved with TEDxBinghamtonUniversity since her freshman year at Binghamton. Degtyar is the founder of the organization Free English University that provides students and young career people abroad with free English tutoring by their native-speaking peers in the U.S. She freelances doing graphic design and marketing work, and plans to go into consulting and campaign development for non-profits and progressive causes upon graduation.

Kaitlyn Brouillet

Kaitlyn Brouillet is a junior studying management information systems and economics. This is her first year as an organizer and treasurer of TEDxBinghamtonUniversity. Previously, she served on the Student Association Programming Board and the Student Culinary Council. She is an intern at Performance Bridge Media and plans to pursue a career in marketing and live entertainment after graduation.

Elaine Lee

Elaine Lee is a junior majoring in accounting with a minor in linguistics. Her past experiences include volunteering for POP!, being a tutor at Free English University and working as a finance office assistant. She has been involved with TEDxBinghamtonUniversity since her sophomore year. In addition to the TEDx program, Lee recently joined the Binghamton Peer Program as a Peer Leader. Upon graduation, she plans to pursue a career in the accounting field or as a sign language interpreter due to her fascination with deaf culture.
