Julian G. Shepherd, associate professor of biological sciences, and Richard Andrus, associate professor of environmental studies, have completed a Broome County Natural Spaces Inventory of 200 fragile and unique habitats. The data was compiled over a 10-year period. The inventory will serve as an invaluable tool to protect areas threatened by encroaching development or environmental degradation.
