Julie Lee is a registered dietitian working for Binghamton University since August 2016. Prior to coming to campus, she worked in several areas including long-term care, oncology, weight management and most recently for a bariatric surgery program. Join her from noon-1 p.m. Monday, April 10, in UUW-324, as she explores the concept of Mindful Eating and what research has to say about its effectiveness in weight loss/maintenance.
