Optional Practical Training (OPT) is employment authorization for international students in F-1 visa status in a job related to your academic major after graduation. You do not need a job offer to apply for OPT.
If you graduated in the Spring 2015 semester (May 17, 2015 graduation date), USCIS must RECEIVE your OPT application by Thursday, July 16. If your application is received by USCIS after this date, your application will be automatically denied.
You must submit the Academic Advisor's Form for Optional Practical Training to the ISSS Office prior to Thursday, July 9 so a new OPT I-20 can be created and to allow time to mail your OPT application to USCIS.
If you still have questions after reading the above information, please visit ISSS Walk-In Advising Hours for additional guidance. Walk-in Advising Hours are Monday and Tuesday from 10:00am – 11:45am and Wednesday and Thursday from 1:30pm-3:30pm. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Every year health insurance companies adjust their rates based on changes in the insurance market, inflation, etc. This year HTH Worldwide will adjust their rates on August 15, 2015.
