myCourses Support for Students
Beginning this Spring 2017 semester, Binghamton University will transition to a cloud hosted environment for our learning management system, Blackboard, to improve its reliability and performance. Moving forward, Blackboard will be accessed via myCourses. myCourses will have the same look and feel as our current locally hosted environment, with additional requested enhancements including the automatic add/drop of students in courses.
Students can access myCourses through the myBinghamton portal or by going directly to myCourses.binghamton.edu.
Faculty have been working since mid November to develop their courses in the new system for the Spring 2017 semester. myCouses will officially launch on January 14, 2017 and access to Spring 2017 courses will be available as soon as instructors activate their course. Fall semester and the winter term courses can still be accessed via blackboard.binghamton.edu.
