Information Technology Services has started a pilot program for the Spring 2015 term to increase staffing while classes are in session in the Bartle Library Information Commons.
The goal is to provide additional technical support for questions about systems and technology provided by ITS.
No appointment is necessary. If additional assistance is needed, the staff will make the appropriate referral to the central ITS Help Desk.
Staffing for the Bartle IT Service Desk will be Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. by a collaboration of student and full time staff from the Pods, Help Desk and the ResCon program.
