ITS Help Desk

The Information Technology Services Help Desk is the university community's central contact point for questions about the use of information technology. The Help Desk staff will answer questions directly or facilitate a resolution if second level technology support is required.

Beware of Phishing Scams

Binghamton University (and other reputable institutions) will not ask for personal or password information in unsolicited email messages, so you should NEVER respond to them, no matter how real they appear to be. If you're unsure of the validity of the message, call a contact number for the organization obtained from verifiable paper correspondence or from the telephone book.

Help Desk Hours

Fall & Spring Semesters:

Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with extended hours Monday - Thursday.

Summer and Winter Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Hours subject to change when classes are not in session.
