The Binghamton University Music Department is proud to offer nationally accredited
degrees in Music including Bachelor of Arts in Music (with tracks in Composition,
Musicology, and Performance), Bachelor of Music in Performance, and Master of Music
(with specializations in Collaborative Piano, Composition, Conducting, History and
Literature, Instrumental Performance, Opera, and Vocal Performance). The Music Department
comprises a diverse group of faculty members that offer courses in performance, theory,
composition, conducting, ethnomusicology, and music history.
