The concept of "privacy" in America dates back to a Louis Brandeis article in the 1890 Harvard Law Review. That idea of privacy has taken root and grown into a multi-branched area that touches all of our lives. The intersection of law, politics, technology, and even religion, continues to create challenges as to what privacy means in relation to each other and to the government.
