University benefits from increased donor support

Donors gave more than $9.3 million in fiscal 2015-16 to support Binghamton University. That is an increase of 23 percent over the previous year. Gifts to the Binghamton Fund, the University’s annual giving program, totaled $1.7 million for the year, up 6.5 percent.

Private philanthropy helps the University advance. Current fundraising puts us on the path to raise $16 million in 2020, the same year we aim to enroll 20,000 students. Donor support makes a difference across campus, providing essential resources to support student and faculty success, academic programs, campus activities, new equipment and capital projects.
