Leadership Development Program

The inaugural class of Binghamton University’s Leadership Development Program kicked off this fall. The program has been co-developed by the University Center for Training and Development and the Center for Leadership Studies (CLS) at the School of Management and consists of three half-day sessions led by faculty in CLS, coupled with online sessions developed specific to Binghamton, and a mentoring component. The program consists of two classes of 20 participants each. Participants represent every division at the University and were selected by their respective vice presidents to represent their division.
