LGBTQ Inclusive Provider Network of Central New York & the Southern Tier


The LGBTQ Inclusive Provider Network works to enhance the health and wellness of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning people in Central New York and the Southern Tier by providing professional training, resources, and building connections to and between providers of critical services.
All providers interested in reaching the LGBTQ community and making their services knows as affirming should join the network. We provide some services as such as online searchable directory of providers, educational events, linkages among providers, outreach to LGBTQ community of Central New York and the Southern Tier.

Identity is a youth center for teens ages 14-20. We are a safe space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning (LGBTQ) teens, but we welcome all youth regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

The Lesbian and Gay Family Building Project is dedicated to helping LGBTQ people in Upstate New York achieve their goals of building and sustaining healthy families. Our Pride and Joy network provides social and educational opportunities and a sense of community to the adults and children in LGBTQ families.

Out for Health provides outreach, education and information to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) people, their health care providers and the community at-large about the importance of inclusive, welcoming and respectful care for LGBT people. Out for Health's parent organization, Planned Parenthood of the Southern Finger Lakes, is the only Planned Parenthood in New York State offering transgender health services, including hormones.
