Ken's work focuses on identifying students with an entrepreneurial interest and assisting them in the launch of new high-growth ventures. He has successfully helped launch 12 companies that produce innovative products.

Kim is an associate professor of organizational behavior and leadership in Binghamton's School of Management and a fellow at the University's Center for Leadership Studies. Her research looks at leadership, creativity and innovation. She won the Chancellor's Awards for Excellence in Teaching for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Tony teaches courses in Entrepreneurship, Business and Marketing at Binghamton University and has extensive experience in branding and marketing. He plays an important role in helping students translate create start up ideas into viable business proposals.

Angelo Mastrangelo earned an executive MBA from Harvard University while running his company, and received a PhD from the University at Albany in 2000, years after he sold the multi-million dollar business. He has taught leadership and entrepreneurship as an adjunct assistant professor at Binghamton University for 10 years.
