For Binghamton University students (non-residents should contact the Hillside Area Office)
Summer Session housing will be offered in the Hillside Community apartment complex, and will be available from Monday, May 30, 2016 to Saturday, August 13, 2016. If you desire University housing, please read the information below so you can fulfill your housing request as soon as possible. On campus housing is limited and will be offered on a space-available basis.
Please note: If you are a spring 2016 and/or fall 2016 resident of Susquehanna Community, you will be housed in that community during the summer; all others (including non-residents) will be housed at Hillside Community.
Hillside, located on the top of a hill at the southwest end of campus, provides a panoramic view of the Susquehanna Valley. The apartments available for Summer Session students will be six-bedroom apartments (housing six students in single bedrooms). All apartments include a living/dining room, a full kitchen and bathrooms and are air conditioned. Term I: May 31 – July1
Term II: July 11 – August 12
- Check-in for Term I students will be Monday, May 30, Memorial Day.
- Check out for students not remaining for Term II will be Saturday, July 2.
- Check-in for Term II students will be Sunday, July 10.
- Check out for Term II students will be Saturday, August 13.
Housing rates are $22/night.
Term I: $726 (5/30/16-7/2/16)
Term II: $748 (7/10/16-8/13/16)
Additional stay will require approval and will charged at a rate of $22/night.
Students checking out of summer housing prior to the length of time they paid for will receive a refund. Refunds are prorated on a nightly basis. The very last check out date is August 13th – no exceptions.
