Emeric (Rick) Duha, The Duha Group

Rick is the Managing Director and Owner of The Duha Group; a Winnipeg based, family owned, fourth generation business operating since 1949, who manufactures innovative printed products for color industries worldwide. Today, Duha manufactures in 7 countries and has customers in over 130 countries.
Under Rick's management, Duha won the Manitoba Export Award in 1992; the 1992 Family Enterpriser of the Year Award and the 50 Best Managed Private Companies Award from 1995-1997. Rick also participated in the 1998 Team Canada Trade Commission to South America. Rick is a black belt in Lean Manufacturing and is an energetic supporter of Leading Lean Transformations, Family Business, and, Manitoban success in the International arena.
Rick currently sits on the Manitoba Business Council, the board of advisors of Friesens Corp in Altona, and sits on the board of the Canadian Paint and Coating Association. The Duha family is also longtime supporters of The Canadian Association of Family Enterprise. Rick also led the St. Charles Catholic School Board for ten years. Rick is a 15 year member of YPO, and is the Chair of the Manitoba Chapter of the World President's Organization and the Canadian vice-chair for the same organization.
Enderli Frederiksen is a Systems Engineer at Upstate University Health System in Syracuse, New York and a member of the Upstate Medical Quality office. In her role, she manages the Health System's improvement projects, then coordinates and facilitates multi-disciplinary teams to create streamlined processes.
Employed in the Process Improvement/ Systems engineering field since 1997, Enderli has worked in various industries including Xerox, Daimler Chrysler Commercial Buses and Lockheed Martin. She is a certified Six Sigma Master Black belt and a Shainin Red X Apprentice.
Enderli is backed by a Master of Science in Applied and Mathematical Statistics in 1998(College of Engineering at R.I.T.) and a Bachelors in Mathematics in 1994(SUNY Potsdam). Outside of her professional career, Enderli resides with her husband and 3 children on the south shore of Oneida Lake.
Steve is the Director of Engineering for Aramark Healthcare's national Asset Solutions business. Steve is a licensed Professional Engineer. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM), a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Certified Sustainable Development Professional (CSDP). Steve is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), and the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio. Steve is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who served as an instructor and energy consultant in the United States Air Force. He is a published author and speaker on energy, sustainability and infrastructure systems.

Nancy Rongo is Vice President for Quality and Patient Safety for United Health Services,
Inc., a 516-bed teaching hospital system located in Johnson City. In addition to her
senior management role, Nancy serves as the organization's Privacy Officer. Mrs. Rongo
is a graduate of the Tompkins Cortland Community College nursing program and earned
Bachelor of Science and Master Degrees in Nursing from SUNY Health Science Center
in Syracuse. She also holds a post-masters certificate in nursing administration from
Syracuse University and was awarded a certificate from the Academy for Healthcare
Leadership Advancement from the Johnson School at Cornell. Nancy earned a Black Belt
in Six Sigma improvement methodology from Binghamton and Dartmouth Universities in
2011. Mrs. Rongo was appointed to the Board in September 2005 as a crossover representative
Family Health Network Board of Directors. She is currently serving as Chairperson, and has also held the office of Vice Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary. Mrs. Rongo chairs the Executive Committee and is a past chair of the Finance, Governance, and Performance Improvement Committees.
Tom Yosick is a Software Developer and Product Lead at Epic, a Health Information Technology software vendor serving medical groups and health systems. Mr. Yosick leads the Analytics and Clinical Intelligence research and development groups within Epic. In his role, Mr. Yosick sets product direction and strategy to help Epic's customers utilize clinical and financial information to improve patient health and organizational operational performance. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
