Visiting Campus

If seeing is believing,  get ready to believe.

Choosing a college is a huge decision. Websites, brochures and online reviews can only give you so much information. To really understand what makes Binghamton so exciting — and how you'll fit in here — you need to experience Binghamton University for yourself.

That's why we invite all prospective students to schedule a campus visit.

Can't make it to campus? Check out our graduate student virtual tour and undergraduate student virtual tour. Although nothing can take the place of our campus visit, these tours will help you get a good feel for Binghamton without ever leaving home!

What to Do While You're Here

Check out our list of campus facilities and visit the ones that catch your attention. If you visit during the school year, catch a Bearcats game, sit in on a class, eat in a dining hall, talk to students and staff, explore the Nature Preserve or even make an appointment to meet with a professor. Prospective graduate students may wish to check out a sample visit-day itinerary. The Undergraduate Admissions Office and the Graduate Admissions Office are happy to help with any special arrangements.

Don't forget to explore the Binghamton region — check out a Binghamton Mets or Binghamton Senators game, cruise the local art galleries, catch a concert and eat a great meal.

Planning Your Trip

Consult our detailed maps and directions for information about how to find the main campus and where to park. We also provide a list of local lodging and dining options.
