Graphic of Apply Process
You've been preparing for years, and now it's time to apply!

We know that the application process may be a bit stressful, so we’ve detailed the steps you need to take to assure your application is complete and ready for review by our Admissions Committee.

A freshman applicant is someone currently enrolled in high school. If you have taken college level credits during high school, you are still considered a freshman. If you have not taken college level work since high school graduation, you are also a freshman. Applicant may apply early action or regular admission decision.

A transfer applicant is someone who has graduated from high school and has completed, or will have completed, at least one 3-credit college course prior to the semester of planned enrollment. The completion of one full-time college semester is preferred. If seeking admission to Decker School of Nursing's Baccalaureate Accelerated Track (BAT) Program, which requires completion of a bachelor's degree, applicant is considered a transfer.

An international applicant is someone who is not a U.S. citizen and who currently holds or will obtain an F or J Visa, to study in the U.S. as a freshman or transfer student.

Or, are you a current student looking to pursue a different path? Someone interested in taking courses just to learn?

Current and returning students are those applying for Intra-University Transfer (IUT), seeking to reenroll, declaring a double degree, or wishing to take courses as a non-degree student.
