We employ more than 150 students as office and desk attendants, intramural officials and scorekeepers, lifeguards, outdoor activity assistants, personal trainers, supervisors and building managers s to name a few. Join our team!


Kettlebell Flow

According to a study by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in addition to strength gains, kettlebell training increases aerobic capacity, improves balance and dramatically increases core strength. Try our kettlebell class Wednesdays at noon.

Intramural sports

Intramural registrations continue for triples team bowling. League play is held in the Union and open to faculty, staff and students. Registration for all sport leagues is through IMLeagues.

Swim training

Hit triathlon season in peak form. Five sessions to refine your swim strokes and learn effective methods to finish the swim portion quicker while expending less energy. For first timers or athletes looking to improve on previous seasons.
