Located along Bartle Drive this 130,000-square-foot, lighted turf field will expand
opportunities for more than 6,000 students who take part in intramural and club sports
annually. Construction began in June 2015 — after the spring intramural season ended
— to convert two sports fields from grass to synthetic turf.
On a weekly basis, there are both lap swim and recreational swim times offered at the Rec Center.
The Challenge Ropes Course offers small groups the opportunity to focus on problem-solving and creative thinking, leadership skills and decision making, self-awareness, cooperation, mentoring and building trust. It boasts six low team elements and five high challenges including at 200-foot zipline.
Binghamton's 18 hole, 4,560-feet, par-58 disc golf course runs throughout the East Campus wooded areas. The course features a variety of hole distances and settings, which will prove to be challenging for beginner and advanced players alike.
The facility is over 10,000 square feet and is a comfortable area with bright lights, air-conditioning and great campus views.

An on-site Wellness Services Suite offers a "zen like" place on campus with dedicated treatment rooms for massage therapy, nutritional assessments and fitness evaluations. Licensed massage therapists offer massage and energy work treatments. Current students, faculty and staff can meet with a Registered Dietitian for free.
