Whether you're a first-year or transfer student, make sure your Advanced placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB) and/or A-level scores have been submitted to the office of undergraduate admissions. ADVANCED PLACEMENT CREDIT If you selected to have your AP scores sent to Binghamton, they were automatically sent to Undergraduate Admissions by the College Board, and will appear on your student record.
Credit is awarded only for Higher Level IB exams. IB scores are submitted to Binghamton through the IB website. If you have not released your scores, go to "order IB transcripts." COURSE-TO-COURSE EQUIVALENCIES Many students take college coursework during high school through a local community college or university. Be sure to send official transcripts from these institutions directly to Binghamton as soon as possible so that we may add course equivalencies to your record.
