Your spring 2023 E-bill was sent to your BMail (Binghamton University email account) Wednesday, Jan. 4, with a due date of Sunday, Feb. 5. For more information, visit Student Accounts.
⦿ Payment plan
Binghamton University offers an interest-free, web-based payment plan that allows students to pay in up to four installments. There is a $40 enrollment fee per semester. The down payment and enrollment fee are due when you enroll, and you must sign up electronically each semester. For more information, visit payment plans.
⦿ Billing information access
All e-bill notifications are sent via email to the student’s University email address. If you would like a billing notification sent to a parent, guardian or another person, you (the student) must add that person as an Authorized Payer on your QuikPAY account. ⦿ Refunds: Sign up for direct deposit (students only)
Refund checks are printed ONLY once a week. Direct deposit refunds are processed daily. Signing up for direct deposit allows you to have refunds automatically deposited into your bank account. Read more about refunds.

⦿ Binghamton University domestic health insurance policy
Binghamton University requires all full-time and part-time domestic undergraduate students to have health insurance coverage.
All full-time and part-time domestic undergraduates are charged for, and automatically enrolled in, the University's Student Health Insurance Plan. You may waive your enrollment by submitting a health insurance waiver online by the deadline. Note: Before waiving the University's Student Health Insurance, be sure your current coverage can be used for services and referrals in the Binghamton area.
⦿ International student health insurance policy
International students on F-1 and J-1 visas are automatically enrolled in the State University of New York health insurance plan administered through the University's International Student and Scholar Services office.
