Come chill, grab candy, and create your own spooky(or any)-themed tote bag along with your fellow neighbors in Endicott. Participants will be able to paint on a tote bag while being able to take a festive treat or two once finished. The best Tote bag gets a prize, winner will be decided by people who attend the event.
