Experience the beautiful surroundings of our campus, along with the mindful benefits of yoga.  Relax with a slow walk in the woods combined with easy yoga postures and stretches with the trees. Forest air doesn’t just feel fresher, trees act as nature's air filter, helping you breathe easy. Come and enjoy the healing powers of the nature that surrounds us.
