Respect in the Workplace (via Zoom)

Having a conversation with co-workers on topics related to social issues or work-related matters can easily become uncomfortable and “messy” if one is not aware of their bias or lacks awareness of a sensitive topic. Respect is an important value for most people and demonstrating it in the workplace is critical. This workshop will promote a healthy and inclusive work environment with participants learning communication techniques, how to understand the impact of bias and microaggressions and the importance of policies and regulations.
