Marissa Fielstein, an English and psychology major from Merrick, left, Alaina Ryan, an economics and political science major from Cortland and Mike Kennedy, a mechanical engineering major from Monroe pack books that were donated by Binghamton University students in the Hinman College Library for the Better World Books Foundation. The books will be shipped to students in Africa. Hinman College Faculty Master Al Vos, who has been leading this cause since 2006, said Binghamton has donated 11,045 books, excluding this year.
