Purim-On-Wheels

Members of Chabad celebrated Purim differently and in a COVID-safe way by parading through parts of campus and downtown Binghamton. Purim, a holiday that includes a custom of dressing up and wearing masks, is considered the most joyous date on the Jewish calendar.
