Birthday cupcake

Steve Pavlik, a baker at Binghamton University Dining Services, prepares a few cupcakes at the Appalachian Dining Hall, which will be delivered to students who are spending their birthdays in quarantine or isolation. In addition to receiving a cupcake, President Harvey Stenger calls them to wish them a happy birthday.
