The Center tells the story of Binghamton's innovative history at an former ice cream factory known as TechWorks!, home to the Vintage IBM Computing Center and Link Pilot Trainer workshop, both with operational 20th c. technology. Community service tasks include manual labor (cleaning, painting, moving artifacts), building databases, oral histories, social media, & video production. All majors are welcome; academic credit option. 5 min walk from BC Junction, 10 min walk from BU Downtown Center.
