The SDCLT Program Manager (Manager) will plan and implement the SDCLT Ambassador, Youth StoryCorps, Housing Educator as well as future programs. All programs need to feature educational opportunities that focus on empowering youth and community residents through social justice systems work. The Manager will oversee the program development, recruitment, retention, success measurements and reporting efforts for each program cohort, which are operated as a part of the SDCLT and NENY grant contract. The Manager will work closely with the Executive Director (ED) to coordinate programming related needs within the scope of grant funding. The person in this role should be excited to work with a diverse group of community members, youth and local stakeholders around housing and interconnected issues such as food insecurity, energy justice, anti oppression and anti racism. All programs will be designed to give participants opportunities to realize their capabilities and grow their leadership skills.
