Members of the DEARC are conducting a wide range of path-breaking studies to better understand developmental consequences of alcohol exposure. In the current funding cycle, the DEARC is comprised of four Main Research Components. In addition, the DEARC maintains an active Pilot Program. All scientific projects receive consultation and support from the Cores. In addition to funding from the Center, most of the DEARC-affiliated faculty have NIH-funded project projects that are independently funded as well, contributing to a robust and highly collaborative research atmosphere.
