About the Korean Student Center
The YS Kim Korean Student Center, located in Old Champlain Hall, room 101, is available for everyday use, meetings, and programming reservations! It was made possible thanks to the generosity of Charles M. Kim '98, his wife, Jean Su Maeng- Kim, and his brother, James W. Kim '99. It honors Charles and James' late father, Young Sam Kim.
This welcoming multipurpose space serves as both a cultural hub and a versatile community center. It is equipped with comfortable seating, study areas, and meeting facilities that support informal gatherings and organized activities. Whether you're looking to host a Korean cultural celebration, hold a student organization meeting, work on group projects, or just find a quiet spot to study, the center is designed to accommodate diverse needs.
