Background
Kathy Payne is a clinical lecturer at Binghamton University's Decker School of Nursing. She has more than 13 years experience in classroom and clinical education for undergraduate nursing students. She is also a member of the Innovative Simulation and Practice Center team.
Additionally, Payne has 25+ years experience in acute-care hospital settings caring for a pediatric population. She takes on a variety of roles as staff nurse, as well as mentors new graduate nurses.
