A world-renowned organized research center on campus has a new name — Bernard M. and Ruth R. Bass Center for Leadership Studies — to recognize the couple’s generosity and their profound and continued impact at Binghamton and on leadership research and education.

A new motorized inverted microscope scanning system coming to the Health Sciences Campus will give pharmaceutical sciences and healthcare-related faculty and external collaborators opportunities to advance their research.

Leah Schechter ’19, MPA ’20, was able to complete a summer internship at the Museum of Eldridge Street, which has exhibitions and programs that tell the story of Jewish immigrant life.

Students and faculty are adding to the knowledge base in Judaic studies with help from an endowment that provides critical support for faculty research, travel to scholarly conferences and to help students complete summer internships.
