  • Why I chose Binghamton: "I chose Binghamton University after attending an event that was held by the current Dean of the Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science, Dean Hari and the current Systems Science and Industrial Engineering Department Chair, Dr. Mohammad Khasawneh. I really felt that this is the right place for me to continue my graduate studies, especially that the campus includes students from all over the world. It is so diverse - you will never feel like a stranger here! The program offered different research options, and this was very important for me and my husband because I wanted to focus on healthcare, but he wanted to focus on manufacturing, product design and 3D printing, so we were able to find one place that offered a wide range of academic options."
