Occupational Wellness is personal satisfaction with work and study, contributing meaningfully, continually expanding skills and strengths. It is also the ability to balance work and leisure time. COVID-19 has presented new challenges for occupational wellness, possibly making current and future work/academic pursuits more challenging than ever. Whether one is confined to working/studying from home with family, friends or roommates, or working the front lines and are not able to create a balance in order to care for the overwhelming number of sick patients, the pandemic has created unique challenges to occupational wellness.
