Host Organizations

Our internship and field placement programs can help your organization address immediate needs while providing students with meaningful experiences where they can apply what they have learned in class.

We currently offer three university-wide academic programs in Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention:

  1. Master of Science in Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention degree, which includes a funded 4-6 month field placement experience,
  2. undergraduate minor for students in any major, and
  3. add-on graduate certificate for students in any graduate degree program.

Your organization could host students from any of our programs.

Student Funding

Our undergraduate students are eligible to apply for an award of up to $7,000 to help supplement their expenses while participating in a summer internship.

We are pleased to offer a professional graduate degree, Master of Science in Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention, which will include a required field placement of 4-6 months with an organization in the field of atrocity prevention. We have secured funding to cover the travel/living expenses of these graduate students while on their field placement. Please be in contact with us if you are interested in setting up a direct application for the M.S. in GMAP students.
