Registration Reminders

We hope you’re looking forward to Binghamton University’s International Student Orientation.  If you haven’t already, be sure to register for Fall 2024 Orientation.

Please be sure to watch the pre-arrival orientation videos on Brightspace.  Scroll down the page to the “My Courses” section and click on the “Binghamton University International Orientation” link.  These videos should be watched before the in-person programming on Tuesday, August 13.

In addition to registering for the International Student Orientation and watching the pre-arrival orientation videos, you should also complete the following tasks before Orientation:

    1. Review the travel to Binghamton University webpage.  In an effort to make your journey easier, a bus rideshare service known as OurBus is being offered to provide direct service to Binghamton from JFK International Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport on select dates. You can find more details about this service and available dates on the OurBus website.  If you are arriving in New York City and arranging your own transportation to Binghamton, review the transportation to Binghamton University page for helpful information.
    2. Submit Medical Forms - If you do not complete the required health forms, you may experience difficulty with registering for your fall 2024 courses.
    3. Once you arrive in the U.S., complete the Arrival Form.
    4. Pick up your student ID card at the Office of Student Records, which is located in the Admissions Center, Room 112 - Upload a photo for your student ID card, if you have not already done so.
    5. Provide our office with your residential address and U.S. telephone number

All pre-arrival emails will be posted on our webpage for future reference. Emails will only be posted once they have been distributed to incoming students.

If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact the ISSS office at intlori@binghamton.edu

Best,
