Binghamton University Libraries is administrated by the Dean of Libraries with the Libraries' Executive Committee, including five Directors who oversee Assessment & Scholarly Communications, Technical Services, Public Services, Library Technology and Collections.

The Binghamton University Libraries' Administrative Office provides budget and travel support, building administration, and help in assessment and human resources.  The department houses the offices of the Dean, Director of Public Services and Director of Scholarly Communication and Assessment as well as several staff who support the numerous activities of the Libraries.  The Libraries' conference room is frequently used for scholarly presentations and discussions as well as faculty, staff and committee meetings.
