Nine Events to Celebrate Black History Month at Binghamton
“Black history is our history.”
February is Black History Month, and the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will be honoring that with educational, timely and thought-provoking events. All events are free and open to the entire campus community (except where noted). Join us to learn more about the contributions and legacy of Black Americans and their relevance to current societal issues. You can also meet and connect with other community members in supportive social settings.
More information about any of these events can be found on B-Engaged. We are also committed to providing universal access to all of our events. Accommodation requests may be directed to lgbtq@binghamton.edu for Q Center events and mrc@binghamton.edu for events in the Multicultural Resource Center. Advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility needs.
