Binghamton University to celebrate school pride at Homecoming 2019

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — Binghamton University will welcome approximately 1,500 alumni back to campus during Homecoming weekend, Friday through Sunday, Sept. 20-22. This weekend of programming, sponsored by the Binghamton University Alumni Association and numerous campus partners, will be a celebration of spirit and pride for the entire University community. Many events are free and open to all alumni and the entire community.

- The inaugural Binghamton Block Party (7−10 p.m. Friday – Gorgeous Washington Street): An entire downtown block will be closed off for this Homecoming kickoff party sponsored by Bearcats of the Last Decade.
- TIER Talks® (1:30−3 p.m. Saturday – Lecture Hall 7): This event, “Mission Possible: Alumni Changing the World,” will feature inspiring remarks from three alumni who have dedicated their professional lives to humanitarian causes.
- Tailgate ’19 (3−6 p.m. Saturday – Events Center Parking Lot): This tailgate party leading into the men’s soccer game against Monmouth will be the largest gathering during Homecoming 2019.
- Fireworks will light up the skies over campus starting at 9:30 p.m. Saturday.
- Bing Brews and Bands (10 p.m.−1 a.m. Saturday into Sunday – Downtown Binghamton): At this Homecoming after-party, several venues will feature microbrews and performances by local bands.
