The Binghamton University School of Management is celebrating its golden anniversary.
Originally the Harpur College Department of Business Enterprise and Accounting, a handful of faculty saw an opportunity to strengthen business education at Binghamton by spinning the department into a separate school.
The school was established in 1970, and has grown in both size and reputation in the 50 years since.
This anniversary is an opportunity to look back on past accomplishments while planning for the future. Investing in talented students, cutting-edge research and a world-class faculty, the school looks to continue growing its global reputation as a leader in business-tech education.
