1 minute read
Scott Mautz has made a name for himself by inspiring others. In addition to leading Procter & Gamble’s multi-billion dollar marketing division, he’s an inspirational speaker and author of Make it Matter: How Managers Can Motivate by Creating Meaning. He recently ended a 20-year tenure with P&G to focus on speaking, writing his second book and producing a weekly column for Inc. magazine.
Mautz, the keynote speaker at the 2016 Alumni Leaders Conference, says his management style focuses on “others-oriented leadership” and mentoring his direct reports to become better versions of themselves. Outside P&G, he has coached more than 3,000 people.
