From Nov. 28–Dec. 2, leading up to International Day of Persons with Disabilities (Dec. 3), Services for Students with Disabilities hosted a week of events open to students, faculty and staff with the goal of changing perceptions about what it means to have a disability. Events included an allergen-friendly cooking demonstration in Hinman Makerspace; adapted bowling in The Union; a movie screening and information sessions on ensuring social media accessibility, accessing accommodations as a postgraduate student or professional; and more.
