Celebrating notable alumni

The Alumni Association and Department of Athletics have been partnering on a program to bring more visibility to some of Binghamton University’s most notable graduates. Each basketball and baseball home game this season has included a notable alumni spotlight.

A graphic featuring one notable graduate is shown on the large screen while the public address announcer reads a brief bio. Whenever possible, the spotlights are aligned with themes such as Black History Month or Women’s History Month. The Alumni Association produced a collection of 30 spotlights, which have also appeared on social media.
