Students can connect with employers and alumni this winter break

The NYC CONNECT Employer Treks will take place from January 8–12, 2024. Employer Treks provide students the opportunity to visit different notable employers on-site in their Manhattan offices to gain exposure to select career paths, industry trends and organizational cultures. Attending students will have an exclusive opportunity to network at New York City organizations and learn more about potential roles in the companies. A typical Employer Trek lasts two hours and consists of an employer information session, panel of employees, office tour, networking and a question and answer portion. This year, students will have at least 20 organizations to choose from that represent a variety of industries. Students must complete an information session prior to November 2, 2023 in order to be eligible to attend an Employer Trek. Students can register for one of the several remaining session options in Handshake:

Networking Night is ideal for students of all majors and class years who are looking to build their professional networks and get started with networking. Students can register in Handshake if they plan to attend. To help prepare, students can read the Fleishman Center’s Career Guide for tips on networking and making a lasting connection.
